**** If you require GP care or assessment Monday to Friday---please phone between 8.30am and 10.30am  or UNTIL Capacity for that day is reached.  ONLY URGENT GP Care or assessment  should be phoned after 10.30am.  ***

The Doctors and Nurses will deal with all Pre triaged appointments with FULL PPE and sanitising of rooms and equipment between every patient attending. The process takes much longer and is frustrating for all concerned but is outside our control and we appreciate your patience during this challenging time.

Genuinely urgent cases will always be dealt with so please advise the receptionist if this is the case.

It is not always necessary to visit the doctor. A phone call for advice might be appropriate.

If a form needs completed this can be left for the doctor’s attention providing it is a form that the Doctors are completing.

Please remember that appointments are for one person and do tell the doctor all your problems at the start of the consultation.

All patients will be offered an appointment with an appropriate health care professional within 48 hours.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
